We reply within 30 minutes during working hours. Our working hours are 9 AM to 9 PM, every day. Enquiries sent outside these hours are answered at the start of the next working day.
What details do you need from me?

Can I still search and book on my own?
Yes. Ghumo's flight search stays free to use. You can compare fares on any route and book directly on the platform with the best price.
Do you help with group and family bookings?
Yes. For 10 or more travellers, airlines often have group fares that do not appear on regular booking sites. Choose "Group booking" in the form and tell us how many are travelling. For families we help with seats together, infants and extra baggage.
Do you help with international flights?
Yes. We can compare routes and layovers, and point out baggage differences between airlines. Visa and entry rules are set by each country, so please confirm them with the embassy or airline before you travel.
