1Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website ghumo.org and all associated pages and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2What Ghumo does
Ghumo is an information and comparison service. We aggregate and display flight fare information and publish travel guides to help Indian travellers make informed decisions. Ghumo is not an airline, a travel agent, or a booking platform, and we do not sell tickets or process payments.
3Fare & content accuracy
Flight fares, schedules, and availability change constantly and are controlled by airlines and third-party providers. While we work to display accurate and timely information, we cannot guarantee that any price, schedule, seat availability, or other detail shown on Ghumo is current, complete, or error-free.
4Bookings are with third parties
When you choose to book a flight, you do so directly with an airline or a third-party travel provider. Any resulting contract for the purchase of travel is between you and that provider. Ghumo is not a party to that transaction and has no responsibility for cancellations, refunds, schedule changes, baggage, customer service, or any other aspect of your booking.
5Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Scrape, harvest, or copy content in bulk using automated tools without permission;
- Attempt to interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its servers;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service;
- Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or harmful code.
6Intellectual property
All original content on Ghumo — including our travel guides, page design, logos, and written text — is owned by Ghumo or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not republish, reproduce, or redistribute it commercially without our written permission.
7Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information provided is accurate, reliable, or complete.
8Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghumo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, including any decisions made based on fare or travel information displayed here.

The Service contains links to third-party websites, such as airlines and booking partners. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
10Changes to the service & terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
11Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
